Senator Wagoner, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                
the Resources Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE                                                                      
BILL NO. 295(RES) "An Act approving an interim classification by                                                                
the commissioner of natural resources closing certain land within the                                                           
Glacier Creek and Winner Creek drainages to new mineral entry;                                                                  
amending the mineral entry closure in sec. 2, ch. 8, SLA 2003, for                                                              
certain land within the Glacier Creek and Winner Creek drainages; and                                                           
providing for an effective date." The Resources Committee passed                                                                
SENATE BILL NO. 181 (a similar bill) out of committee, (page 1856)                                                              
with a do pass recommendation. Without objection, the bill was                                                                  
referred to the Rules Committee.
